Polygon has completed the conversion of MATIC tokens to POL.

Polygon developers have completed the conversion of MATIC tokens to POL. The new asset is now used as a token for gas and steaking on Polygon PoS.

MATIC holders on Polygon's PoS network don't need to do anything - the coin will update automatically. However, those who have the token on the Ethereum network will need to exchange it on the Polygon Portal platform.
